This program focuses on an expanded personality theory rooted in biological, social, psychological integration. The Drama Triangle theory has been modeled in scenarios for dynamics but it can also be applied to personality development and implementing boundaries, particularly in the therapeutic context. 

A therapeutic game modeling this dynamic will be utilized between participants which later can be used to aid patients in their own journey of insight and boundary setting. 

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Define key concepts related to personality organization, including different levels of personality functioning and core structural components 
• Describe a re-imagined perspective on personality theory integrating biological, attachment and drama triangle and their implications for understanding individual differences
• Identify characteristics and behavioral patterns associated with different levels of personality organization
• Explain the significance of healthy boundaries in interpersonal relationships and overall well-being
• Differentiate between various types of boundaries and recognize their importance
• Analyze the impact of personality organization on an individual's ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries
• Develop strategies for assessing their own boundary patterns as clinicians and identify areas for growth
• Apply practical techniques for setting and maintaining clear and assertive boundaries in the therapeutic environment
• Practice communicating boundaries effectively while maintaining therapeutic relationships
• Understand the factors that can make boundary setting challenging due to our own personality organization in the helping profession
• Recognize the role of empathy and self-compassion in the process of counseling
